Finally! What we’ve all been waiting for! A work out for stressed IB students looking to lose some weight in short periods of time! This workout will incorporate circuit training along with intense fat burning exercises to maximize your fat loss. Repetition will depend on your own preference depending on your ability. As this will be a home workout, no weights will be used, hence repetition will depend on your abilities.
First circuit (Focuses on athleticism, such as speed, power, and burning calories)
Remember to warm-up prior to working out, as that could not only enhance your workout by allowing you to perform better, it could also prevent injury which is very beneficial.
Note: rest no longer than 10 seconds between each exercise and take around a 5 minute break after the whole circuit. Once the circuit is finished, repeat for 3 sets and there you have it, a short circuit that could be done at home for beginners. This would allow you to build fundamental strength for either gym use or sports. Building fundamental strength before hitting the gym is important as it allows you to have a head start.
Rest for 5 minutes after this circuit and repeat this circuit.
Remember to warm up prior to workout. This workout focuses on compound exercises for beginners to lose the most fat under the least time, but remember, you also need to control your diet.
